Your next employer is an Australian Government Endorsed IT Provider with a rich history of success in Australia spanning almost 15 years. They design and deploy Enterprise IT Solutuions across Australia and Asia and have an impressive roll call of clients.

Currently they are looking to add an additional BDM to their Melbourne based sales team. The role is primarily new business development and will typically suit a salesperson with a true hunter style mentality who has the ability to win and close new business. The company has a finely tuned and proven system for new business development that successful BDM\'s within the company follow on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. If you follow this yourself then you will be successful.

I am interested in speaking with applicants who have a proven track record from candidates who have worked in a full 360 B2B sales role (for eg, recruitment, telco sales etc). I will also consider applicants with industry experience in IT Solution sales (managed services, infrastructure deployment, support etc).

You can expect a starting salary around $75k + OTE and successful BDM\'s within the organisation typically earn $140k OTE 1st year and $220K+ in the 2nd year.
