This Regional Centre is roughly 40,000 GLA and boasts over 150 specialty stores. The role itself will see you bring both your management skills and shopping centre experience to the fore and you will be responsible for satisfying various stakeholders to assist in delivering optimum investment return.

Specifically, this role will see you deliver the retail asset plan.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing retailer relations including managing distressed retailers
- Contribute to the formulation of the retailer mix
- Preparing budgets and forecasting
- Managing admin/ Casual Mall Leasing Team
- Rent roll sign off
- Plus much more
You will have a minimum of (3) three years Shopping Centre experience who possesses outstanding communication skills who is logical and methodical in there approach. You will have strong financial acumen and ability to drive the rent roll forward. Re Development experience is desirable however not essential.
